Defect: The product does not comply with the Consumer Goods (Quad Bikes) Safety Standard 2019.

The vehicle has not been fitted with the required reflex reflectors.

Hazard: If the vehicle is not fitted with the required reflex reflectors, there may be an increased risk of serious injury or death.

Defects: The vehicle does not comply with the Consumer Goods (Quad Bikes) Safety Standard 2019. The vehicle has not been fitted with the required reflex reflectors, correct age warning label and the spark arrestor may not comply with Safety Standard. The user manual supplied with the vehicle was missing required rollover safety information. The vehicle should not be used by children under the age of 10.

Hazards: If the vehicle is not fitted with the required reflex reflectors, spark arrestor, age warning labels or if users are not provided with information relating to the stability of the vehicle, there may be an increased risk of fire, serious injury or death.

What to do: Affected owners will be contacted directly. The vehicle should not be used by children under the age of 10. When parts become available in mid November 2021, consumers will be advised to contact their authorised Crossfire Dealer to organise an inspection and repair of the vehicle, free of charge.
