The Crossfire Workmate 400 is a no gimmick workhorse. With comfortable suspension and a good quality wide seat the rider will feel comfortable after a day in the saddle.
The Workmate can operate as a 2WD or 4WD drive at a flick of a switch so traction is rarely an issue. This is further aided by a greater low down torque generated by the 400cc motor. Unlike some full auto variants the Workmate has great engine braking and ability to stay in whatever gear you choose. It can start, stop and idle on the spot in any gear. This is thanks to its Dual clutch design which means changes are seamless even under load.
2014 sees a tow hitch added and with a 350kg tow capacity the Workmate is no slouch. With fully enclosed foot boards, front and rear racks, 2014 will be another great year for the hard working Workmate 400.
